October 1 Headcount

The October 1 Headcount is in full swing! Thank you for confirming your data! Remember that you have until November 5th to approve the information for your LEA by clicking the approve button on the first screen of the LEP CFDC site. Contact your ESL consultant for help cleaning up any issues you may find!

WIDA Score Report Interpretation Webinar Reminder

The WIDA Score Report Interpretation webinar will look at the 10 different areas on the ACCESS Teacher Reports, definitions of some of these areas and or descriptions and how to use the information in some of the areas for analysis. We will also learn how to graph and analyze 2 years of scale scores and compare information on the numbers of students scoring proficient or above on standardized tests with ACCESS results.

For those interested in exploring tech tools like Audacity, Skype, web conferencing software, etc. for language classrooms (ESL or World Languages), a new section of LEARN NC’s Teaching World Languages Online is being taught by one of our e-LinguaFolio Pilot participants.
