ERVs: Ready Set Roll Requirements

Thank you for signing up to participate in the ERVs: Ready Set Roll class!

ERVs: Ready, Set, Roll is a course that provides participants with the opportunity to learn about and use an emergency response vehicle (ERV) and all related equipment.

This course consists of two sessions. In the first session, which is self-study, participants use a participant workbook, video and the Safe Handling Procedures on Disaster Relief Operations handbook to learn about the safe use and operation of an ERV. At the conclusion of the first session, participants complete a self-administered true or false question course review. Please email Workforce Engagement Manager Laura Greene at for a copy of the participant workbook and the Safe Handling Procedures on Disaster Relief Operations handbook.

In the second session, participants receive an ERV orientation and take a road test conducted at a Red Cross chapter.
