New Lisbon School Personnel

This scholarship will be awarded to a male or female student who has attended the New Lisbon High School for at least two years prior to their graduation. The award shall be made to a student who was in the top 50% of their graduating class. This student has been accepted at an accredited institution which includes: 2-year, 4-year or vocational.

We would like, but not require the student:

1.  to have been active in extracurricular activities;

2.  to consider a career in the field of education.

Amount of scholarship is to be determined. One or more scholarships will be given per year. Scholarship will be awarded at the end of first semester by showing elementary secretary proof of 2.5 GPA and registration for second semester classes.

This recommendation sheet must be filled out by someone that you have had as an instructor or as a coach while attending New Lisbon Schools (grades 7-12).
