EOI – Stage 2: National Careers Service

Adviza is a registered charity and has been delivering the National Careers Service across the Thames Valley, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire since 2014. The service is being re-tendered by the ESFA who are looking for Primes to deliver across new geographical patches.

The service involves the delivery of high quality impartial careers information, advice and guidance to adults across the country.

We are interested to hear from organisations who are interested in working in partnership with us to deliver the new National Careers Service across the South West and Oxfordshire lot from 1stOctober 2018.

Priority Groups

  • Low skilled adults without a Level 2 qualification
  • People with special educational needs or disabilities
  • Adults aged 18-24 not in education, employment
  • Adults unemployed for over 12 months
  • Single parents
  • Adults aged 50 and over who are unemployed or at demonstrable risk of redundancy

National Outcomes Targets

  • Customer Satisfaction: 90% customers to be very satisfied or satisfied with the Area Based Service they receive.
  • Career Management: 75% customers to actively manage their careers.
  • Jobs and Learning:

For the first 6 months period of the contract: 40% customers to achieve a job and learning outcome.

For the remaining period of the contract: 45% customers to achieve a job and learning Outcome.
