RULES
1. USTA rules and Code of Conduct govern all play, except where noted.
2. Draws will be limited to the first 32 entrants in Singles and the first 16 teams in doubles.
3. All matches consist of two out of three sets with a 12 point tiebreaker at 6 games all; except for the Jr. Boy’s and Jr. Girl’s 12U events which in lieu of a 3rd set, they will play 10 point super tiebreaker.
4. If matches are stopped for darkness, they will be completed the following day before regularly scheduled matches.
5. Warm-up time is limited to 10 minutes, including serves.
6. Default time is 15 minutes.
7. You must report to site 30 minutes prior to your first match.
8. Due to limited court availability, in case of rain delays, no ad scoring may be used.
9. USTA age limits apply for all Jr. Events based on the player’s age as of October 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012 for the Senior Events.
10. In case of default or withdrawal after draw has been made, there will be no refund.
11. Coaching of any kind will not be permitted.
Release Statement in Entering This Tournament:
I hereby release City of Pikeville, any and all sponsors, Mountain Tennis Circuit, USTA, and the Kenny Huffman Tennis Classic and its affiliates from any and all responsibilities for accidents or losses incurred at the location of the tournament or traveling to and from the tournament. I give permission to the Kenny Huffman Tennis Classic Committee & the Pikeville City Tourism to use my name and picture or voice recording in various forms of media which may include but are not limited to newspaper, radio, television, and internet.
