  • The nature of my job at this level entails a lot of responsibilities, time management and a high level of confidentiality which I handle in a very professional manner.
  • The main area of responsibility is to provide secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, for CEO maintaining monthly schedule, diarise appointments and follow ups with various departments, acting as a central point of contact.
  • Co-ordinating and sending out invitations for mega events like Filmfare, Femina and in-house events like KAAN awards & Mirchi Achievers Forum.

  • Receive, segregate, route and maintain log of all incoming and outgoing correspondence to facilitate timely review of all documents.
  • Liasing between our national and international office for client visits, and creating their agendas for the trip, and assisting with their work during their trip.
