Entertainment Information
Once you approve the estimate we will add you to our schedule. Then and only then is the event confirmed. You should receive an estimate for the total cost of entertainment. If you have any questions or concerns let us know as soon as possible.Once the estimate is approveda $50 cancellation fee per entertainment option will be required if you decide to cancel. As a reminder all entertainment end time is up to the client. If the need arises and time allows the entertainment will continue and billing will also continue by half hour increments.
Our entertainers want to be professional and many things affect our professionalism. Here are a few things we need from you to enable us to perform to the best of our ability. This will help guarantee that the entertainers are on time to your event and ensure they are on time for their next event.
- If the physical address does not show up on GPS the "Client" is responsible for providing directions to the event. The "Performer" is not responsible for lateness due to inaccurate venue location/physical address, nor are they responsible for looking up venue locations. The "Performer" will not be required to stay over to compensate for lost time due to lateness. Please do not assume the entertainers know a venues location by the name only. Provide both the venue name and also its physical address. Many venues receive mail at a different address than the physical location of the venue itself, so be aware of this when booking.
- The entertainment should not and will not notify guests that the entertainers are done and need to pack up to be on time to their next location. In the event that an entertainer does not have a prior engagement it is the clients’ responsibility to request additional time no later than 15 minutes before the entertainers scheduled time ends. Mr. Twister’s Total Entertainment values its reputation as being a family oriented entertainment companyand will not come across as “The Bad Guy” to your guests.
- Our goal as a company is to create a memorable experience for your guests and strongly feel that clients should book the entertainment according to guest volume. If we have to rush to get all the guest done in the time the client schedules then we are not able to do our jobs properly. A good rule of thumb when determining entertainment is 20 to 1. This means for every 20 kids you will need an hour of entertainment.
- From time to time we understand people have to cancel entertainment due to many unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a client has to cancelwe require a $50 cancellation fee per entertainment option. Payment of the cancellation fee is due in full at the time of cancellation. Most of the time we cannot fill the needs of our ever increasing customer base and have to turn work away. With that said when a client has to cancel for any reason the company loss is greater than the $50 cancellation fee we charge the client. To cancel an event please call Philip Nanni at 304-276-9181 if he is away from his phone leave a detailed message and he will get in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm cancellation.
To confirm booking for an event the client MUST approve the estimate. Booking dates and times will not be made unavailable to other clients if you fail to approve the estimate sent to the email you provided. The quicker you approve the estimate the better chance your date and time will still be available. Mr. Twister’s Total Entertainment is not obligated to hold an event date whether the client promises to confirm or not.
If the client fails to notify Mr. Twister’s Total Entertainment of cancellation before the day of the event the client WILL be charged the full rate for the entertainment NO EXCEPTIONS.
