The CD-Rom contains all selected enterprise budgets, instruction manual, and supporting information references in Adobe Acrobat. Media and mail fees are included in this price. Online users will be notified via email as to their login name and password needed to access budget files and other supporting information. Periodic data updates are included.

Enterprise Budget Software Purchase Agreement
OSU grants to Cooperator and Cooperator hereby accepts, subject to the limitations herein specified, a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the software program. Use in a commercial venue is prohibited. Cooperator agrees not to release, transfer, disclose, publish, or otherwise make available the software program in any form to any person without prior written consent from OSU. Cooperator also agrees that such software programs are the property of and proprietary to OSU, and further agrees to protect this program or any part thereof from unauthorized distribution.
Condition of Sale: All computer programs distributed by OSU are on an “AS IS” basis without warranty. The program has been tested on IBM and IBM compatible microcomputers using Excel.
Limitation of Liability: OSU shall have no liability or responsibility to Cooperator or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by programs sold by OSU including but not limited to any interruption of service, loss of anticipatory profits or consequential damages caused by delay in delivering or furnishing of the programs under this agreement.
