Enrollment and Termination Procedures - Reminder

Enrollment for Firm Service Customers

·  Please submit a Gas Operator Switch Form to us by the 20th of the month prior to the effective date.

·  If the customer is currently transporting with another supplier and you are submitting paperwork less than 45 days, please submit 1) a Gas Operator Switch Form by the 20th of the month prior to the effective date and 2) a release from the current supplier.

Termination of Customer From Pool

·  Please provide us with the customer’s name, account number and effective termination date.

Interruptible Service Customer Not Transporting in Pool

·  If you are the current Gas Operator supplying gas to an interruptible service customer who is transporting and are not providing gas supply to this customer in a given month, please notify us by phone or e-mail.

Pending Customer Activity Reports

·  Please review your weekly Status Reports and Monthly Update Reports (MUR). The Status Reports are our means of communicating with you pending customer additions and deletions for the upcoming months. The MUR, which is distributed on the 20th of each month, will provide you with a similar summary of those customers being added or deleted from your pools for the first of the upcoming month. Contact us as soon as possible with any questions or discrepancies.

Gas transportation

Weather Forecasts Not Posted During Summer

For the summer months, June through August, Yankee Gas will not be posting weather forecasts at our Web site. Please assume 0 EHDD during this time period. We will resume posting EHDD information on September 1.

Holiday closing

·  Yankee Gas offices will be closed for the Memorial Day Holiday on Monday, May 28.
