Please note the following terms and condition of DG Grant Applications:

•Signing of this document indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Discretionary Grant.

•This document must be lodged with the W&RSETA by no later than Friday, 06 March 2015 to confirm your acceptance of the allocated grant amount of R 5000.

No requests for extensions will be considered.

•The following documents have to be submitted with your acceptance of this allocation:

REQUIREMENTS A: NGO/NPO.

  • NGO/NPO Registration Forms;
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (where applicable);
  • Tax Exemption Letter (where applicable);
  • Signed constitution;
  • Certified ID Copy of the Directors of the NGO/NPO;
  • Certified ID Copy of the participating Delegate;
  • Stamped and signed letter from your bank confirming your bank details (not a bank statement);

REQUIREMENTS B: Accredited Training Provider:

  • Accreditation Letter;
  • Intervention Programme Approval Letter. (The intervention can be credit bearing or non-credit bearing);
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Programme roll-out plan

OR

REQUIREMENTS C: TVET COLLEGE or AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE

  • College proof that they offer the identified intervention. (The intervention can be credit bearing or non-credit bearing);
  • Consent Letter to deliver the identified programme.
  • Programme roll-out plan

•Payment of this grant will be made in 2 tranches as per the deliverables agreed to in the payment structure schedule which is part of this document

No payment will be made unless all deliverables per tranche have been met, including the submission of a detailed implementation plan

•Non-submission of information as requested by the W&RSETA will delay grant payments

•W&RSETA will recover any money paid to the company that was not spent for the intended purpose

•Learner registrations must not be later than Friday 13 March 2015 (this includes the submission of fully-completed benefit template by the identified training provider/TVET/Agricultural College.

The rates indicated below are the maximum amount per learner which will be made available by the W&RSETA.

The total budget of R 5000 is final and cannot be changed and/or reviewed.
