Clear itemized costs
Example: (personnel, transportation, communication, supplies, dissemination) amounting to total requested. As specific as possible, include rationale of why the item is necessary, and how the amount has been calculated. All costs in Indian Rupees. The scheme will not fund items of equipment which institutions would normally be expected to possess (for example computing equipment including laptops). Nor will it fund conference or seminar attendance to disseminate findings unless specifically invited to do so by the British Council.
