§ Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
§ Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standard.
§ Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
§ Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair service.
§ Establish safety procedures and environmental regulation for employees.
§ To coordinate with clients, vendors / contractors, Suppliers & site engineers & inter department person(s) for the completion of projects within reasonable time frame

Ø UNDERGOING PROJECT: COOL CAPTIVE POWER PLANT(CCPP), Ril Hazira.
ü Pipe Spool Fabrication & Erection (IBR & Non IBR) of 93.4 x 4MW Power Plant.
Ø Completed Project : Pipe Spool Fabrication, L&T Hazira.
ü Material scope included carbon, stainless steels under TPI, AI and IBR inspection. Pipe size up to 24” and thickness upto 32mm.
ü Production achieved at the rate of 5,000 Inch Diameter per month.
Ø Struction Fabrication & Erection, Relience Hazira.
ü Fabrication of heavy pipe rack structures as per drawings and specifications, including blasting and painting. Total quantity fabricated 1500 MT.
ü Average monthly production 400 MT achieved.
ü Scope of work included erection of 2500 MT heavy pipe rack structure at site which got completed in record time of 60 days
ü Average production per day – 30 MT
