Welcome to the Lacombe & District Chamber of Commerce Trade Show – Market Place

Enclosed are the Terms of Agreement and Application Form.

Fully filled out Application Forms (signed and dated) MUST be accompanied by entry fee. No refunds will be issued once payment has been accepted.

Vendor set up time: Friday April 21 2017 10am -2:00pm (set-up must be complete by 2:00 for doors to open)

Take down time: Saturday April 22 2017 4:00pm-6:30pm (early take down will result in exclusion from any future events including Lacombe Community Market)

Only one business is permitted per space.

Total fees are $150 per table for Non-LDCC Members or $100 for LDCC members in good standing.

We also request a item gift of a minimum $25 value for our give away gift basket(s)

We also encourage you to take part in the 100 swag bags that are given out over the weekend.

Terms of Agreement

·  Your table is only confirmed when we receive your fully completed agreement, and payment. Vendors are given 48 hours from offer of space to complete payment; if your application form and payment have not been received your spot will be given to the next person on the wait list. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this. ______

·  The application form that is enclosed must be submitted with payment to receive table bookings. One application form per Vendor’s business. ______

·  The ONLY accepted forms of payment are cash, or email money transfer or cheque addressed to Lacombe & District Chamber of Commerce. Payment is to be emailed or dropped off at the address on the application form. Email money transfers can be made to . We will not pick up payment from any Vendor. ______

·  An NSF transactions will result in the cancellation of your table. You will also be responsible for all NSF fees incurred by the Lacombe & District Chamber of Commerce NSF fees must be paid in cash immediately. ______

·  Vendors are required to set up their displays so walls, ceilings and floors are not defaced. You may not exceed your designated space due to fire and safety regulations. All clothing racks, etc. MUST BE WITHIN YOUR SPACE. You must not interfere with another Vendor’s business space. ______

·  You must supply your own table covering and chairs. We will supply one table per space ______

·  Priority table placement will be mapped out on a first come first serve basis. We will only accept 1 Vendor from each company. ______

·  Vendors will not dismantle or remove any exhibits before the scheduled clean-up of the event on Saturday April 21 2017 at 4:00pm. As a Vendor you MUST be set up and ready to receive the public at 2:00 pm on Friday April 22 2017. The public expects you to be ready and available for business during the advertised hours. ______

·  We are not responsible for assuming the risk of Vendors materials and property. Each Vendor must protect themselves against any loss or damage through their own insurance policies. ______

·  We are not responsible for any loss to Vendors property arsing by means of fire, theft, water damage, vandalism or any cause whatsoever. ______

·  If you choose to have a door prize draw at your table, you are responsible for getting in contact with the winner AND getting the prize to them. ______

·  Take down of your tables and displays will not be permitted before 4:00pm on Saturday April 22 2017. Any vendor dismantling before 4:00pm will not be permitted in future shows, including Lacombe Community Markets or other special events. ______

·  You are only allowed to represent the company that your table has been booked for. You cannot bring multiple companies and have them all displayed on one table. ______

·  Aggression towards any organizer, other vendors, or customers will result in immediate expulsion from all Lacombe & District Chamber of Commerce Trade Show, and your payments received already received for future markets will be forfeit! ______

·  We have a zero tolerance policy for childish or negative behavior as it affects the image of the market. Organizers will exercise their right to ask you to leave if your behaviour is effecting the reputation or atmosphere of the market. ______

·  Come happy, and prepared to do business in a professional manner. Your appearance matters! ______

·  If you agree to the terms and conditions, please sign and date the appropriate spot on your Application Form. Any applications received without the terms and conditions agreed to will not be accepted. Please also initial beside each point in the terms agreement to acknowledge your full understanding of each point. ______

·  Receipts will be issued on the day of the trade show. ______
