Position Responsibilities:

Tagging and marking in all route customers’ clothes in a timely and accurate manner. The individual must comply with all of the company policies in ensuring the best quality customer service and attention.

Daily Functions:

  1. Tag and accurate mark in clothes on the day of delivery.
  2. Communicates concerns to the proper department.
  3. Fully recognize item’s brand, color, design and upcharges.
  4. Enter correct data-customer and garment.
  5. Must represent the company with complete professionalism.
  6. Keeps bags clean.
  7. Enters new customers when necessary.
  8. Works with Customer Service Manager in maintaining regular customers.
  9. Must be willing to perform other assigned duties.

  1. Correctly enters all data.
  2. Performs duties in an efficient manner.
  3. Recognizes special need items and customer concerns.
  4. Complies with all company policies.
  5. Professional service is demonstrated at all times.
  6. Recognizes incomplete customer information.
  7. No reported conflicts with company personnel.

Qualifications:

Education/Knowledge:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Skills/Abilities:Works well without direct supervision.
Make quick judgment decisions.
Phone service skills.
Basic computer skills and typing.

Appearance/Other:Clean appearance.
Dresses in dry-cleaning-type clothing.

Decision Making:Must be able to carry out detailed instructions.
Problem solving when needed.

Work Habits:Limited number of call-ins.
Performs as a team player.

Physical Requirements of the position.

Communication:English required, Spanish is preferred.
Speak in complete sentences.
Must be attentive to customers concerns.
Must be willing to listen to direction given.
Able to hear normal conversations.

Dexterity:Be able to stand at long periods of time.
Climbing, balance, kneeling and routine walking.
Able to type in an efficiency speed.

Visual Abilities:Must be able to read the computer screen.
Average peripheral, and color vision.

Purpose Of Job Description:
