Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is seeking to hire a Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision to mental health clinical trainees and professionals who work in the School Linked Mental Health Program at TSA in schools located in Chisago and Pine Counties. The Supervisor will be assigned to supervisees working in elementary and high schools (located in Pine OR Chisago County). This is an excellent opportunity for the persondesiring to provide supervision, support and to lead an outstanding group of individual professional clinicians. The job also includes working with school partners in collaboration to optimize mental health service successin schools. The SLMH staff are supported by a grant from MN and so rules of the grant, CTSS and professional standards are important elements to supervision. Travel to schools and meetings with staff are part of the job which are within reasonable commute distance from major metropolitan areas.

Preferred qualities and qualifications: licensed mental health professional who satisfies their MN professional Board’s qualifications or has eligibility or near readiness to satisfy the Board’s criteria to be a clinical supervisor; experienced clinician with demonstrated clinical success and comprehensive clinical conceptualization skills in the provision of mental health services with children, teens and families. Experience providing clinical supervision, and interest in supporting the professional development of supervisees with teaching, coaching and supportive supervision style as well as caring about job performance success of supervisees. The preferred candidate will have collaboration skills with our school partners, problem solving skills, and works well with others at TSA. CTSS and Procentive knowledge base optimal. Positive teamwork skills highly valued.
