Employment Objectives:

I am a Medical Graduate as well as a Master degree holder on Public health and working in the public health development field around 17 years. During these period, I have served diversify position with different national and international Non Governmental Organization-NGOs.

I have a very good track record of working in the sexual and reproductive Health field focusing on maternal, child health and family planning including Sexual and Reproductive Health Right.

I have vast experiences on QOC (Quality of Care), RH care management, SRH, FP & STI, HIV/AIDS program. I have sound knowledge as well as well acquainted with nationally/internationally accepted technical standards, protocols and QOC guidelines.

I have demonstrated capacity of technical and analytical skills to monitor and provide feedback, taking corrective measures in ensuring quality RH services.

Have 3 years field level working experience in primary health & nutritional project for mother and child at district and upazila level at Chuadanga district under Impact Foundation Bangladesh.

Have proven experience and skills to facilitate different health related training, develop different modules and guidelines. Well acquainted with national health system.

Good track record to successfully organize different advocacy event at different level i.e. local district and national.

Overall responsibility is to guide and design implementation of strategies of Technical components of Injecting Drug User Project i. e OST, HTC (HIV Testing & Counseling), STI, Abscess and other General & Reproductive Health, ILWHA, under CARE Bangladesh Consortium intervention of Bangladesh.
Work as a key technical resource person for supporting and enhancing the Technical Skill, Knowledge & Capacity of Consortium Staff.
Responsible as focal person of Injecting Drug User Project for Technical Components, Infection Prevention and Quality Assurance and oversee the STI Syndromic Management and Implementation both at SR and SSR both at Dhaka and Outside Dhaka.
Facilitate key role for coordinating with partner NGOs.
Develop capacity building plan for SR and SSRs staff in enhancing technical knowledge and skill on MCH/RH and explore program technical and implementation strategy for collaboration, integrating, piloting MCH/RH with existing packages of Harm Reduction Program.
Ensure effective and efficient use of the program’s resources through timely budget preparation, regular monitoring of intervention activities against targets and take corrective measures.
Responsible to oversea the documentation, reporting of technical component, training and capacity building.
Develop Quality Assurance strategy, tools, techniques, curriculum, guideline and Checklist for the project.
Leading the QA/QI team of GFATM Project of CARE Bangladesh and its partner organizations.

  • Assigned for regular monitoring of Marie Stopes QoC (Quality of Care) system in order to ensure that the system is in place and responsive both clients and providers needs.
  • Assist General Manager Quality in ensuring Quality Standards maintained properly in all assigned SDPs (Service Delivery Points)
  • Ensure yearly Technical Quality Audit of the clinics
  • Ensure implementation of proper Infection Prevention procedure in all SDPs.
  • To be conceptually enhanced with the new /changing concepts of quality issues and also on STI/RTI/HIV/AIDS.
  • Collect new information on the topics of quality from different web based journals, resource documents and from other Institutes/organizations as well as disseminate it to the service providers and trainers.
