I.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Managementoffinancial-economicactivities, determinationoffinancialpoliticsoftheorganization, developmentandimplementationofmeasures onprovisionofitsfinancialstability.
  2. Supervisionoffinancialmanagementwork, basedonstrategicobjectivesandprospectiveoforganizationaldevelopment, fordeterminationoffinancingsources, takingintoaccountmarketcondition.
  3. Executionofanalysisandevaluationoffinancialrisks, developmentofmeasuresontheirsminimization, provisionofcontroloverobservingfinancialdisciplinebytimelyandfullfulfillmentoftreatyobligationsand flow of revenues, by the way of execution of financial-economic operations with suppliers, customers, credit organizations.
  4. Managementofworksrelatedtoestablishmentoftaxpoliticsoftheorganization, taxplanningandoptimizationoftaxation, advancementofaccountingpolicy, analysisandevaluationofinvestmentattractivenessoftheprojectsand reasonability of fund investments, regulation of equity and borrowed funds ration.
  5. Liaisonwithcreditorganizationsconsideringquestionsofplacementoftemporarilyavailablecash, handling operations with securities, credits obtaining. Managementofdevelopmentofprospectiveandcurrentplansandbudgetfunds, informing considering theindexes of approved budgetary systems and tasks, limits and regulations based on them, to branches of the organization, providing control over its execution.
  6. Participation indevelopmentofprojectsconsideringsalesplansforproduction (works, services), costs of production and sales of goods (works, services), andalsopreparationofoffers aimed at improvement of production profitability, reducing expenses of production and circulation.
  7. Performanceofcontrolovercondition, flowandtargetuseoffinancialfunds, resultsoffinancial-economic activities, fulfillment of tax liabilities.
  8. Takingmeasuresonprovisionofsolvencyandincreasingprofitsoftheorganization, effectivenessoffinancialandinvestmentprojects, rationalstructureofassets.
  9. Organizationofdevelopmentofinformationsystemforfinancialmanagementinaccordancewiththerequirementsofbusiness, taxation, statisticaland management accounting, control over reliability and storage of information confidentiality.
  10. Provisionofsupplyofnecessaryfinancialinformationtointernalandexternalconsumers.
  11. Managementofworksforexecutionofanalysis, evaluationoffinancialandeconomicresultsoforganizationalactivitiesanddevelopmentofmeasurestargetedonincreasingoffinancial management effectiveness, and also execution of internal audits in respect to consideration of mutual claims, arising in the process of financial-economic activities, takes measures on its solution in accordance with the existing legislation.
  12. Organizationofinterrelationbetweenallstructuraldivisions of economic management.
  13. Creationofconditionsforimplementationofmoderntechnologies and techniques, progressive management practices and workplace management.
  14. Controlovercomplianceofthelegislationinrespect to activities of project offices.
  15. Provision of execution of all the liabilities in accordance with the business-plan.
  16. Ensuringarightcompositionofeconomicandmanagementactivities, undividedauthorityandcollegiatecharacterindiscussionandsolutionofquestionsconsideringfinancial and moral incentives for increasing of production efficiency, application of financial interest and responsibility of each employee for the tasks charged to him and results of work of the whole team, payment of salary in a timely manner.
  17. Solutionofquestionsconsideringfinancial-economicactivitiesoftheenterprise, intheframeworkofrightsentrustedtohimbylegislation, delegation of management of some spheres of activities to the other officials – deputy general manager, managers of economic services.
  18. Managementofactivitiesoffinancial-economicdivisionsoftheorganization, coordinationofworks aimed at increasing of economic management employees’ qualification.
  19. Control over establishment of work and management processes at the enterprise.
  20. Organization of operation and coordination effectiveness of all structural divisions, workshops and production units, targeting its activities on development and improvement of production taking into account social and market priorities, increasing enterprise operation effectiveness, increase in production sales quantity and increasing the revenues, quality and competitiveness of produced good.
  21. Ensuringestablishmentofworksforcontrol, distributionoffundsofproject-estimatedocumentationforexecutionofcapital, repairandsettingworksattheenterprise.
  22. Organizationofdevelopment ofunifiedplanningdocumentation, economicstandards, implementationofmeansformechanicalandautomatedprocessingofplanningandaccountinginformation.
  23. Ensuringmanagementofperformanceofcomplexeconomicanalysisconsideringalltypesofenterpriseactivitiesanddevelopmentofmeasuresoneffectiveapplicationofequityinvestments, financialandlaborresources, increasingthecompetitivenessofproducedgoods, efficiency of works, decreasing of production and sales expenditures, increasing profitability of production, increasing the revenues, cut of losses and non-production expenditures.
  24. Participationindevelopmentofenterprisestrategywiththeaimofadaptationofitseconomicactivitiesandmanagementsystemtothechanginginternalandexternaleconomicconditionsof the market.

II. TERMS OF PAYMENT, LIVING AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

1.TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Salary–up to7000 000,0UZS,

Including:

̶Fixed official salary – 1250000 UZS;

̶Personal increasing ratio;

̶Regional ratio;

̶Rewardforperformanceofenterprisefinancial-economicactivities (inaccordancewithcollectiveagreement);

̶Additionalpaymentforcompensationofexpendituresforincreasedcostsofnutritionforeachworking day in the amount of 7 % from minimal salary, stated in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

̶Rewardatyear-endinaccordancewith “Regulationonrewardpaymentatyear-end results of enterprise activities paid to employees of the enterprise”.

Foreignspecialists, intheaccordancewiththedecreeofthePresidentof the Republic of Uzbekistan of 24.04.2015 y. № PD-4720, there are provided the preferences for payment of taxes and conversion of obtained salary.

2.LIVING AND WORKING CONDITIONS :

̶Working day from 08.00 till 17.00;

̶weekends: Saturday, Sunday, holidays;

̶private office;

̶computer, connectedtolocalenterprise network;

̶Communication means (stationary and interoffice telephone, local network, internet, and etc.)

̶Transporting to workplace and back to home;

̶Abilitytousesanatorium-preventorium for employees;

I.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensuringperformanceofworksrelatedtomajorconstruction, implementationofconstruction-installationworksattheenterprise, enterprisepublicobjects, targetandrationalapplicationoninvestedfunds.
  2. Directionoffundstotechnicalmodernizationandreconstructionoftheenterprise, providingtheirsconcentrationatcommissionedobjects, reducingthescopeofunfinishedconstruction.
  3. Management of works for advancement and cost-decreasing for project-investigation works, improvement of production organization and implementation of progressive construction methods, decreasing expenditures on construction and quality increasing, and also reducing the time spent for construction activities.
  4. Managementofdevelopmentofprospectiveandcurrentconstructionplans, reconstructionand expansionoftheenterprise, andalsoplansofcommissioningofbasicproductionfacilities, spacesandcapacities, recreational and service facilities, drawing up requests for construction materials, itemized construction listings and ensure execution of the works, envisaged in them.
  5. Participationindevelopmentofbusiness-plansonthepartoftechnicalmodernizationandproductionefficiency, indeterminationof financial funds necessary for construction, projecting and purchasing of equipment.
  6. Takingmeasuresfortimelysigningofcontractswithsubcontractororganizations.
  7. Controloverexecutionofcontractualobligationsbyprojectingandconstructionorganizations, innecessarycasesapplicationofsanctions, providedbycontracts, preventionofapplicationofconstructionmaterials, detailsanditems, increasing the cost of construction and not conforming the standards and technical specifications.
  8. Ensuringprovisionofallmaterials, information, necessaryfordevelopmentofdesign-estimation documentation for constructed and reconstructed facilities.
  9. Coordinationinanestablishedmannerofdesigntasksandpreparationofthemforapproval.
  10. Ensuring the control over:

̶Timelyprovisionofdesign-estimationdocumentationandothertechnicaldocumentationforexecutionofconstructionworks;

̶Targetedapplicationofinvestment funds;

̶Fulfillmentofestablishednormsofconstructiondurationandtermsofmainproduction capacities commissioning and primary funds;

̶Fulfillmentoflegislativerequirementsconsideringenvironmental protection .

  1. Provisionoftechnicalsupervision over:

̶Termsandqualityofexecution of construction-erectionandotherconstruction works ;

̶Conformanceofconstruction-erectionworkswithapproveddesign-estimationdocumentation, constructionregulationsandrules, standards and technical conditions, regulations considering safety techniques, production sanitary norms and fire safety, requirements to workplace management.

  1. Incollaborationwithsubcontractingorganizationsexecutionof acceptance and commissioning for finished construction facilities.
  2. Assistancetoimplementationofrationalizingoffersandimprovements, cuttingcostsandtermsofconstructionwithoutlossofconstructionworksquality.
