Further; it is understood that the appropriate government agency has, in most cases, the final approval regarding compliance. The client, therefore, agrees to hold HR One and ENV Insurance Agency harmless from any claims regarding the Helpline usage.
This special no fee service is in place only if you are a client of ENV Insurance Agency. In the event you are no longer a client of ENV Insurance Agency, the annual fee for the Helpline service would be $600 per year and must be authorized under separate agreement.
