EMF HOCKEY INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT SLOVAKIA 2018

The dates for the 2018 tournament are set and we are pleased to invite your club/team to participate in our International Tournament. The Tournament will take place in Bratislava (Slovakia) 22-24th June 2018.

Two Age Groups

U-12 - born 2005/2006 (and later)

U-14 - born 2003/2004 (and later)

Option 1:

  • Tournament fee 425.00 euro per Team PLUS 60.00Euro per person.

Included:

-Ice fees, referees, off ice officials, paramedics, medals & trophies

-3 x 2 course lunch at the ice arena (22.06 & 23.06 & 24.06)

-3 x 2 course dinner at the ice arena (22.06, 23.06 & 24.06).

Option 2:

  • Tournament fee 425.00 euro per team PLUS 156.00 Euro per person.

Included:

-Ice fees, referees, off ice officials, paramedics, medals & trophies

-3 night’s accommodation (21.06 & 22.06 &23.06)

-3 x 2 course lunch (22.06 & 23.06 & 24.06).

-3 x 2 course dinner (22.06, 23.06 & 24.06)

Option 3:

  • Tournament fee 425.00 euro per team PLUS 198.00 Euro per person.

Included:

-Ice fees, referees, off ice officials, paramedics, medals & trophies

-4 night’s accommodation (21.06 & 22.06 & 23.06 & 24.06)

-3 x 2 course lunch (22.06 & 23.06 & 24.06)

-4 x 2 course dinner (21.06 & 22.06 & 23.06 & 24.06)

We will do our best to adjust the game schedule for your team based on your travel schedule.

If bus transportation is required the costs will be as follows:

Vienna Airport to Arena/ Hotel return 750 Euro .

Bratislava Airport to Arena / Hotel return 340 Euro.

52 seater Bus transportation from hotel to arena return 190 euro

23 seater Bus transportation from hotel to arena return 160 euro

Tournament Information:

Each team must consist of a minimum of 15 players, 1 goalie, 1 Coach & Manager.

The Maximum is 20 player’s, 2 goalies, and up to 4 off-ice staff.

Medals & trophies will be provided to all 1st,2nd & 3rd placed teams.

  • Tournament will start at 07:00 am on the 22nd June
  • Tournament will finish on Sunday 24th June around 22:00
  • Teams are expected to arrive Thursday 21st June.
  • Return plane travel should not be planned before Monday 25th June
  • Teams travelling by Bus should not plan to leave before 22:30 on the 24th June
  • All teams must have copies of passports available prior to the start of the tournament.
  • Schedules for the tournaments will be forwarded to participating clubs 21 days before the tournament commences.
  • Teams must take care of their own health and travel insurance.
  • The tournament will be a 10 team tournament with and each team will play minimum of 11 games.
  • Each game will be 2 x 15 minutes period (last 2 minutes stop clock)

When submitting the application form you should transfer the entry fee of 425.00 Euros per team (no exception can be made) within 10 days after the application is submitted, all payments must be made by bank transfer.

The application is binding. If cancelations are made after your team has been accepted into the tournament NO REFUND can be given.

All transfer costs must be paid by the team.

When your team has been acceptedyou will be advised.

We will require the number of player and staff per team by the 1st February 2018

Full balance of payment for players and staff will be required by 15 March 2018. If payment is not received by this date your place is not guaranteed.

The first date for closureof the tournament application will be December 30th 2017. The second closure date if required will be January 31st 2018.
