□Spoken to Next Wave about your application? Applicants are ableto discuss their project with a Next Wave staff memberbefore submitting an application. Please email or call 03 9329 9422.If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through theNational Relay Serviceand ask for 039329 9422.

□Prepared your support material? Support material can include:

  • images (up to 20)
  • video footage (up to 10 min)
  • audio (up to 10 min)
  • text-based material (up to 1,000 words)

Support material must be provided online.Direct us to your website, vimeo, flickr, soundcloud or blog. Up to three (3) URLs can be provided.

□Prepared CVs and Support Letters? When filling in the online form, be prepared to upload:

  • Curriculum Vitae: point-form encouraged and include only what is relevant to your application (max. 1 page per group member; max. 4 pages in total).
  • Support Letters: you can provide up to two (2) letters of support (optional).

□Prepared your artist profile? If your application is successful, Next Wave will create a profile for you on our website. When filling in the online form, be prepared to provide the following:

  • A bio for you or your group (200 words max.)
  • Up to 3 images of you or a previous project (must be landscape format at 72dpi with no text, logos or watermarks. Include image credits in the file name. 150kb max. per image.)
  • A video of a previous project. (Optional. 10 mins max. URL only.)

□Etched the dates of the Next Wave ‘all-in’into your diary?It is a condition of acceptance into the Emerging Curators Program that you attend this 2-day intensive on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 September 2015.

We are serious about environmental sustainability.As a participant of the Emerging Curators Program you’ll be expected to write an environmental management plan. Identify three (3) key environmental challenges you expect to encounter and any ideas you have to address these challenges.
