Emergency Response Planning & Camp Skills Training is an event for adults and Rangers who are presently members of Girl Guides of Canada in Nova Scotia.

Location: Camp Kanada,West Petpeswick, Musquodoboit

Registration Fees:

$75 ($65.22 +HST) per adult for Emergency Response Planning Session

Includes: Session facilitation and materials, two nights’ accommodation, snacks on Friday night, meals and snacks on Saturday, and breakfast and snacks on Sunday.

$50 ($43.48 + HST) per adult for Camp Skills Overnight Session

Includes: Session facilitation and materials, one nights’ accommodation, lunch, dinner, and snacks on Saturday, and breakfast and snacks on Sunday.

$40 ($34.78 + HST) per adult for Camp Skills Day Session

Includes: Session facilitation and materials, lunch, dinner, and snacks on Saturday.

* Please note that there are a limited number of bunks available. Bunks will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

NSF Cheques will be assessed a fee of $20. Replacement payments must be received prior to the event.

Fees, less a $5 administration fee, are refundable if requested 2 weeks before the event.

To ensure all members from across our province have the opportunity to attend, we will be using a lottery / random selection process to determine participants. Submission of this application, or cheque cashing of fee, does not guarantee acceptance to this event.

In the unlikely event that this event needs to be cancelled, every effort will be made to contact participants via email as soon as possible. Updates will be posted to the Girl Guides of Canada – Nova Scotia Facebook page - participants are asked to check the page for cancelation notices.
