CALL TO ORDER
President, Gerry Bryan, called the meeting to order at 10:10a.m.
ESTABLISH QUORUM
A quorum was established with seven (7) Board members present or via teleconference.
PROOF OF NOTICE
Association Manager, Ron Shorey, confirmed that the Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with the By-Laws and Florida Statutes.
DISPOSITION OF MINUTES
Steve Everidge motioned to waive the reading and accept the Board meeting minutes of October 01, 2012. Gerry Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
REPORTS OF OFFICERS

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Gerry Bryan stated the pool resurfacing was completed and they did an outstanding job. Gerry Bryan stated everyone should have received the proposal to replace the skimmer. Doug Clark motioned to replace the pool skimmer($1,150.00). Gerry Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passes unanimously. Bill Treon stated the pool deck is in need of painting and that will be done in house. Gerry Bryan stated the depth markers need to be replaced. Bill Treon stated he would take a look at them.
Gerry Bryan stated the lighted letter E is not working.
Linda Pous motioned to form a committee for the walkway project. Doug Clark seconded the motion. The motion passes unanimously. Jim Anson and Linda Pous volunteered to be on the walkway committee and Reggie Veteto has offered to serve on the committee.
NEW BUSINESS
North side windows: Were discussed
Dan Smith stated the contractor could offer some help in cleaning the north side windows and inspecting them to see if they are operable when the pre construction walk through is done.
Gerry Bryan thanked everyone for helping get through a very trying year.

Doug Clark motioned to adjourn the meeting at 11:10.m. Gerry Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
