Emerald Club Benefits at National Car Rental

The Principal Financial Group now has a dual brand contract with Enterprise Holdings (Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental). In the past, travelers could accumulate points to then later redeem for free rentals with the Emerald Club for National Car Rental and using Enterprise Plus for Enterprise rentals.
Effective immediately Wwith this new dual brand contract, travelers can earn points with the Emerald Club program for BOTH brands with each applicable rental, but currently, the points accumulated can only be redeemed on National rentals. Enterprise has advised that in the near future, points may should be able to be redeemed on Enterprise rentals.
To ensure the correct information is in each reservation, please make sure your Emerald Club number is in your Concur profile for both brands, National and Enterprise (if it is not already) and remove the Enterprise Plus number from the profile. If the Emerald Club number is in both places of your profile, reservations made through Concur, our online booking tool, or through an agent, will automatically have the Emerald Club number attached to the reservation for either brand. Travelers also need to keep a valid corporate card number and driver’s license number in this Emerald Club profile. If you don’t ever plan to use National’s services, you may continue to use the Enterprise Plus program for Enterprise rentals; just make sure that number is in your Concur profile. - Emerald Club Preference Center – Gives members the choice of which communication they’d like to receive from us; provides an opt-in list with images to choose type of communication

- Access to a network of 7,000 Enterprise locations—In addition to renting from National, Emerald Club® members can now rent from the thousands of neighborhood Enterprise locations.
- Shared profiles—Emerald Club® member profiles are automatically available at Enterprise to help expedite the rental process, including deliveries to Principal Financial Group locations
- Principal Financial Group Emerald Club members can earn Emerald Club rental credits at participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations.
- Qualifying** Enterprise rentals will count toward improving their Emerald Club status and earning Free Rental Days redeemable at National locations.
