Failure to comply with the Scheme’s Terms & Conditions and/or meet the certification standards set out in the Scheme’s Guidance Booklet and /or complete work to the standards laid down in the EU Commission Regulations 303 and 304 of 2008, and any subsequent amended enactment, could result in additional cost in cases of non-compliance and could lead to the business being refused entry to, or removal from the public listing of certified businesses.
