Agent: A person or legal entity with the authority to act on behalf of a principal, under an express or implied agreement and inreturn for a fee, to negotiate or arrange contracts, purchases, sales or transfer of timber and/or other timber and non timber forestproducts, and who does not take legal and/or physical possession of the goods. FSC CoC Annual Administration Fees

Size Class; Your company’s total annual turnover(revenue) (for ALL forest products and products containing wood or wood fiber components, including non-FSC material) This is required to calculate the licensing fees charged by FSC.

We will invoice you, and BM TRADA will pay FSC on your behalf so this amount will appear as a line item on the proposal we will submit to you. Note: This fee is subject to change on an annual basis by FSC and charges will be adjusted accordingly.

Traders - Only operations that do not conduct any changes to the traded products, either directly or through outsourcing, are eligible for this category.

Single Certification – Companies with a single site location, possibly with a second warehouse but invoicing only occurs at one location and functions as if under one roof.

Multi-Site - Companies with a multiple site locations, invoicing from various sites or with more than one legal entity.

Group Certificate - Companies with a group certificate which meet the requirements of FSC-POL-40-002 will be invoiced the total turnover for all the sites based on single certification column, plus an additional $10 per site.
