How to Insert Image intoMicrosoft Outlook Email Signature
Outlook 2010
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2010
- Click “File” on the top Menu bar; select “Options”
- Click “Mail” tab at the top
- On the “Mail” tab, click “Signatures” (a new window will open)
- To simply add the “Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” image to your current signature, skip to step 9.
- To create a new signature, under “Select Signature to Edit,” click “New”
- Type "Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” in the text box
- Type your current contact information into the text box at the bottom of the window
- Select the “Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” image at the top of this page.
- Right click and select “Copy.”
- Paste the “Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” image below your current contact information and select “OK”
- Select “OK” in the Create Signature box
- Select “OK” in the Options box
- Your email signature is now updated
Setting Email Signature as Default Signature:
- File > Options > Mail >Signatures
- Select the appropriate signature (the one you just updated) in the drop down box next to “Signature for new messages:”
- Click on the “Apply” button
- Click on the “OK” button
Outlook 2007
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Click “Tools” on the top Menu bar; select “Options” (last option in the drop down list)
- Click “Mail Format” tab at the top
- At the bottom of the “Mail Format” tab, click “Signatures” (a new window will open)
- To simply add the “Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” image to your current signature, skip to step 9.
- To create a new signature, under “Select Signature to Edit,” click “New”
- Type "Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” in the text box
- Type your current contact information into the text box at the bottom of the window
- Select the “Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” image at the top of this page.
- Right click and select “Copy.”
- Paste the “Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” image below your current contact information and select “OK”
- Select “OK” in the Create Signature box
- Select “OK” in the Options box
- Your email signature is now updated
Setting Email Signature as Default Signature:
- Tools > Options > Mail FormatSignatures
- Select the appropriate signature (the one you just updated) in the drop down box next to “Signature for new messages:”
- Click on the “Apply” button

Outlook 2013
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2013
- On the Home tab, click New Email.
- Click the Message tab.
- In the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures.
- To simply add the “Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” image to your current signature, skip to step 10.
- On the Email Signature tab, click New.
- Type a name for the signature, and then click OK.
- In the Edit signature box, type the text that you want to include in the signature.
- To format the text, select the text, and then use the style and formatting buttons to select the options that you want.
- Select the “Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” image at the top of this page.
- Right click and select “Copy.”
- Paste the “Teradata 2015 PARTNERS Conference & Expo” image below your current contact information and select “OK”
- Select “OK” in the Create Signature box
- Select “OK” in the Options box
- Your email signature is now updated

To determine the version of Outlook that you use, follow these steps:
- Start Outlook.
- On theHelpmenu, clickAbout Microsoft Office Outlook.
- A pop-up screen will appear with the version of Outlook that you are using.
