The RAADC 75th Anniversary Dinner will be held on Monday 23 April 2018 at the United Service Club 183 Wickham Terrace Spring Hill QLDPhone: 07 3831 4433.

A non-refundable deposit is required to be paid by 31 October 2017 with the balance to be paid by 31 January 2018. See details in Section B. below.

The cost of the dinner includes canapes and pre-dinner drinks on arrival, a three course meal and a commemorative gift.

E. REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Regrettably, no refunds can be given; however, substitute delegates are most welcome with written advice.

F. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Cheques must be in Australian Currency, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges. Cheques should be made payable to RAADC Association Inc. Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer is also acceptable. Emailed registration forms are only acceptable if accompanied by EFT receipt.
  • Payment must accompany registration form. Registrations cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

G. PRIVACY STATEMENT

  • Your name and contact information may be used by parties directly related to the event such as RAADC Association Inc. and the United Service Club.
  • Your name may be published in the list of attendees, in Association newsletters and records.
