EMAIL HACK GUIDE ON GETTING YOUR EMAILS DELIEVERED TO YOUR SUBSCRIBERS INBOX…

Hey Anthony here, thank you for investing in the Commission Success Pack.

It can be a really frustrating experience for internet marketers, when your email promotions get sent to the spam, promotion or updates folder of doom.

But with a few tweaks, the chances of getting your emails sent into the primary folder will be next to none, when you follow my simple to follow steps.

  1. ASK YOUR SUBSCRIBERS TO WHITE LIST YOU

This is probably one of the biggest tip of all my 10 secrets here. You see, when you build your relationship with your reader, it’s really important to ask them to white list your emails.

Most newbies miss this important step, and if you don’t you will be 100% sure that if your readers don’t do this, your emails will end up in their spam folders, leaving your emails never to be read.

This is also known as a “Safe Senders” list or address book.

  1. Always Remind Your Subscribers How They Got on Your List.

At the end of every email I send out to my subscribers, I always remind them how they, optin. This way it will reduce bounce rates, and complaints from your subscribers.

  1. Always, Always! Place an unsubscribe button.

I can’t stress this enough! This is a requirement by law in most countries, and if you don’t place an unsubscribe button, at the end of each of the emails you send out, then you surly will be marked as spam by your subscribers, if they don’t know who you are!

  1. Use Custom Domain Names

Avoid using free web-based emails such as Gmail, Hotmail, etc for your sender addresses. It’s much better to use a professional domain name email address that is linked to your website. And I highly recommend using services such as SPF & DKIM. Check with your hosting providers on how to set this up. This will help with deliverability, and you will have a better chance of getting your emails sent to your subscriber’s inbox, and not their spam folders.

  1. ENGAGE With Your Subscribers

Try not to make every email campaign you send out sales pitchy, instead send valuable content in the form of infotainment. Your subscribers will love you for this, and will respond to your emails, even if your email has a sales pitch at the end. Having responses from your subscribers will leave your email inbox healthy.

  1. Links, Links Links!

Most service providers like gmail, analyses the number of links in an email Stick with a single link, because if you use multiple links, there’s a good chance that your gonna end up in the Promotions tab.

  1. Subject Lines

There are a few subject lines that you will want to avoid, when sending emails, some of these include:

- Make money

- Work from home

- Work at home

- Online buz opp

- As seen on

- Buy direct from

- Order status

- Buy direct

- Expect to earn

These are just a few of the many out there, by using some of these words you’re email will surly get triggered by the spam filters, which many service providers such as gmail have in place.

  1. Clean Your List

It’s a good idea do a list maintenance. Just like regular cleaning duties in your home.

You will want to regularly clean your list by clicking on undeliverable emails.

Also, it’s a good idea to remove emails who have unsubscribe. Some services like aweber charge for the number of people you have on your list. So, it’s a great idea if people are not buying, clean it, it will reduce bounce rate as well.

  1. EMAIL DAILY

No matter what you do, you will always get complaints and unsubscribes, but one step approach in your first email to your list always warm them. Tell them upfront that you will be sending daily emails and if they don’t want to hear from you tell them to unsubscribe. I do this at the end of every email that I send out.

  1. Respect Your List

Don’t spam your list with, respect them and don’t tell them off. Just don’t go and email your list just for the sake of talking. Have a reason to contact them and talk to your list in an entertaining and engaging way. And if people keep complaining to you, unsubscribe them yourself manually. Scrub them from your list and this will keep your autoresponder clean and healthy.
