Remind your Lodge to apply for a Gratitude Grant.
What to Say: Did the Lodge meet the Grand Exalted Ruler’s per-member-giving goal? If yes, then don’t forget to apply for a Gratitude Grant! Gratitude Grants can be used to support local, charitable activities. Projects can serve any population in need including veterans, youth or individuals with disabilities. If our Lodge has not applied yet, we can’t miss out on this opportunity for a $2,000 grant! Gratitude Grant applications are due May 31, 2017, by 11:59p.m. CT.

What to Say: Join the Elks National Foundation in welcoming the class of 2017 Elks scholars! The Foundation awarded more than $3.4 million to 750 high school seniors in April. Meet the 250 Legacy Scholars and the 500 MVS Scholars—including the top six winners—at elks.org/scholars.

Encourage Annual Giving.
What to Say: The Foundation Fellowship is the ENF’s annual individual recognition program, recognizing individual donors who show a yearly commitment to the Foundation. The Foundation Fellowship recognizes six levels of giving ranging from $50 to $10,000.Note that the level thresholds and benefits have changed this year. Donors are eligible for membership in The Foundation Fellowship based on donations given between April 1, 2017, and March 31, 2018.
