AGREEMENT

I understand that I will be responsible setting up my own booth and that it needs to be set up by 4:30 pm on January 23.

I understand that my booth cannot be struck until after the network reception on January 24.

I have a copy of this form for my own records and will notify AASCF as soon as possibly if anything changes with regard to the information presented.

I have read and am familiar with all the requirements.
