7th Grade Islands of Adventure
Dear Parents:
Your 7th grader is invited to attend the 7th Grade Islands of Adventure field trip on Friday, March 11, 2016.The total cost of the trip is $160.00.This includes the cost of the charter bus ($72.83), Islands of Adventure admission ($59.00), park meal voucher ($16.00), a Cobb field trip t-shirt ($8.00), and snacks for the bus ride down to Orlando and back ($4.17). Please be mindful that after the first 50 students, there will be a waiting list for a second bus. All seats are on a first-come, first-served basis!If we have enough students to cover the cost of a second bus, the students on the waiting list will be notified.
*A $100.00 non-refundable deposit and the signed permission slip below must be turned in by November 4, 2015to Mrs. Davis in room 27 to reserve a seat. The balance ($60.00)must be paid by February 5, 2016.
The bus(es) will leave Cobb Middle School bus ramp at 5:15am, on Friday, March 11, 2016 and return at 11:30pm. Please pick your child up at 11:30pm. The Leon County Sheriff’s Office will be called to pick up students who have not been picked up 30 minutes after we return.

Poor citizenship can disqualify you from the trip. Students must maintain 3’s & 4’s in citizenship and must not have any Out of School Suspensions (OSS) for the school year. If a student receives OSS for any reason they will be DISQUALIFIED from attending this trip. This is a condition set by the 7th grade teachers and administration. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy and refunds will not be issued due to behavior disqualification.

Please return the $100.00 non-refundable deposit and this signed permission slip by November 4, 2015 to Mrs. Davis in room 27 to reserve a seat with your cash, check, or money order. Checks must include your name, address, and current phone number. Please also include your child’s name in the memo field of the check.
