Entries will only be accepted on receipt of an entry form and full payment (not by phone).

(Anyone who sends in a cheque which bounces will incur an additional £10.00 fee to cover our costs/time sorting it out.)

The Series Final will be held on 8th December 2018 at The Peterborough School. This will be a showcase event for the top 8 ranked fencers (available) after the 7 events of the series. Invites will be sent after Event 7 has been completed.

Entry Fee (per payment) – 1 Event £27.00, 2 Events £52.00, 3 Events £75.00, 4 Events £96, plus £23 for each additional event(above 4), cheques payable to ’Elite Epee Events’. No additional entry fee for those who qualify and fence at the Series Grand Final.

Initial Closing Date – 14 days prior to each event taking place*. Late Entries additional £8.

* In addition entries will be restricted to ensure the 1st round in each event can be run in 1 wave (see site for details).

Entries received after this date or once an event has hit its limit will be held on a reserve list unless space is available. Entries will generally not be accepted for an event in the week preceding that event.

** younger fencers are allowed with a confirmation letter from a Coach on the British Fencing Registered Coach list which confirms that the fencer is suitable to compete at this level of event.

I confirm that I have read and will conform to the competition particulars ( and accept that the organizers cannot be held responsible for any accident, loss or damage sustained at these tournaments. I accept that photographs/videowill be taken at the event by the organizational team and the public. Organizers may use this material publicity of the series/fencing in general.

Check-in Closure times

Unless detailed above, check-in closure times are to be published on Elite Epee website two weeks (approx) prior to each event taking place once entry numbers are known. We will always try to set earliest check-in for the first event on any day at 10.00am or later where possible, but cannot guarantee this if entry numbers require a longer day. Entry Caps may be required for some events so please enter early to avoid disappointment.
