econnecx™ is to provide automation and energy control to this property. There is to be a landlord supply/s and separate units for each tenancy.The econnecx™ unit is to be recessed in the wall beside the switchboard, installed in the switch board or recessed into the front control cabinet door. econnecx™ will provide the following control and access.

Landlord

  1. Hot Water Heaters

Schedule On 4.00am – Off 6.00pm Mon – Fri (off public holidays)

  1. Signage / Outdoor feature lighting

Schedule on 5.00am – Off Dawn, On Dusk off 11.00PM

  1. Security Lights On dusk – off dawn
  2. Allow switching of Lobby lights
  3. Allow switching of Stairway lights

Lobby Access

The main Lobby Doors will be automatic.econnecx™ will provide automated un-locking and locking Mon- Fri 7.30am – 5.30pm (not Public Holidays). Independent push to exit and keypads will be provided for out of hour’s access. All key staff will have coded access.

Automatic Gates

This/ these gates will be automatic. econnecx™ will provide automated opening and closing Mon- Fri 7.30am – 5.30pm (not Public Holidays). Ground loops are to be installed for exit, keypads will be provided for out of hour’s access. All key staff will have coded access.

Tenancy

  1. Home/Away mode,

Isolate all non-display lighting, toilet ventilation, non-essential sockets when alarm is set or push button is pressed

  1. Hot Water Heaters

Schedule On 8.00am – Off 5.30PM, Mon – Fri (off public holidays)

  1. Heating/ Cooling – Schedule as per clients request(off public holidays)

Ducted – On/Off Control via LV input

Hi Walls – Full IR control(off public holidays)

Cassettes –Full IR Control if standard – On/OFF via LV input if IR not included

Tenancy Access

The main entrance to each tenancy must be fitted with an electrical locking system to suit the specified joinery. econnecx™ will provide automated un-locking and locking Mon- Fri at times specified by the tenant. (Not Public Holidays). All required staff, service people, cleaners will have afterhours access via phone apps only.

Back up,

Either fit Mortice Locks for easy exit and key entry. Common key for Lobby and Tenacy’s, keys limited to key staff.

or

Independent push to exit and keypads will be provided for out of hour’s access.(Codes for limited use only).

Security

If an alarm is installed econnecx will provide remote arming, disarming and integration with home/ away mode
