Abstracts of the reports, accepted to the conference, will be published before the conference beginning as proceedings.

Reports, announced in the conference and attracted the biggest interest of participants, will be published in VNTU scientific journals from the VAK of Ukraine list.

MATERIAL REGISTRATION ORDER

The size of an abstract is 1-2 full A5 pages in one of the conference working languages in MS WORD for WINDOWS (97-2003). To an abstract an application to the conference must be added. Ukrainian participant add a standard certificate about abstract publishing possibility.

Participants from CIS must announce about abstract open publishing possibility. Abstracts must be printed on a laser or ink-jet printer in two copies, one of them must be signed by authors.

Margins are 20mm. Font is Times New Roman (12pt), interval is unary. Divisions of words are obligatory.

Materials order in abstracts

-UDK is in the left upper corner;

- first names and surnames of authors with country and city in brackets are printed in lower-case type in one row;

-the report title is printed in next row, centered, in capital letters (bold, 12pt, to and after interval is 6pt);

-the main text is printed in next row, indented:

-formulas and figures are put in a text as centered.

Printed and signed by authors abstracts and their electronic copies are to be sent to the organization committee address as a CD-R or by e-mail in term, mentioned above.

CULTURAL PROGRAM

Excursions on places of sightseeing of Vinnytsya city and Vinnitsya region are planed for conference participants.

The picturesque city of Podillya stretches out on the Southern Bug banks. Its historical roots reach for far past. The first written mention about

Vinnytsya dates the middle of the XI century. The city has suffered many ordeals since then: it survived Tatar raids, burned in internal wars fire in the Lithuanian princedom, took part in rebellions of the Liberation war of 1648-1654, was a center of the Podillya province.

Many memorial places and monument have been saved in Vinnytsya.

In the city-on-Bug writer M.M. Kotsyubynskiy was born and lived. His little house has been transformed in the memorial museum.

Vinnytsya carefully respects memory of a scientist, surgeon, pedagogue N.I. Pirogov. Nis memorial museum is situated in an estate near Vinnytsya, where the famous doctor had spent last years of his life.

“Wervwolf”, the headquarter of Hitler, built in times of the Great Patriotic war, is situated in a little pine forest on the Vinnytsya-Kyiv route.

With Vinnytsya and Podillya lives and activity of such famous peoples: writers H. de Balzac, A. Pushkin, composers P. Chaykovskiy, V. Leontivich and others are combined.

Inhabitation of participant is planed in Vinnytsya hotels (preliminary agreement and individual payment) and university dormitories. Price of inhabitation will be announced additionally.
