December will present a special opportunity for Mobile’s business community to introduce those newly elected or re-elected in 2018. In addition, this event will recognize the service of key area elected officials, including Mobile City and County government, State Legislature and southwest Alabama’s Federal delegation. To be held on the evening of Monday, December3, 2018, this cocktail reception will serve as the Chamber’s premier holiday eventand provides Mobile’s business community a special opportunity to network and dialogue with elected leadership.

The reception is by invitation only to the Chamber’s Board of Directors, Board of Advisors, Partners for Growth (economic development) investors, volunteer members of the Chamber’s Governmental Affairs Committee andother local and state elected officials (such as the Mobile County Commission and all Mobile County mayors). The event will be held in the atrium of the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, 451 Government Street.

Recognition and Printed Materials

  • Sponsor names/logos will be printed on the reception invitation to be mailed to over 300 business leaders.
  • Sponsor names/logos will be included on all signage printed for the event.
  • Sponsor will have the opportunity to make brief remarks at the reception.

Promotional Opportunities

  • Sponsor will have opportunity to display a company banner at the event.
  • Sponsor will have opportunity to host a table-top display area and include company information and promotional items at the event.

Media

  • Sponsor will be recognized in The Business View, the Chamber’s monthly news magazine, mailed to 22,000 Mobile County businessesand emailed to nearly 9,000 business email addressesin a story or picture after the event.

Event Tickets

  • Sponsor will be allowed to invite ten guests (if exclusive event sponsor) or five guests (if co-sponsor).

This event offers an excellent promotional opportunity for any company wishing to capture the attention of newly elected city officials and local business leaders.
