HOLIDAY BOUTIQUE

The El Dorado Quarterback Club cordially invites you to participate in the 29th Annual Holiday Boutique. We have made some changes and plan to continue with our previous records of over 1000 shoppers and 150 vendors participating in the show. Thank you, we look forward to your participation.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT

1.  The Holiday Boutique will be held on Saturday October 4, 2014 (rain or shine) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Boutique is located at El Dorado High School campus located at 1651 N. Valencia Ave. in the city of Placentia. Please DO NOT call El Dorado High School for Boutique information, email to .

2.  All vendors selling food items must obtain an Orange County Health Department permit. We require a copy with your application or at registration the day of the event. Without one you will not be allowed to participate.

3.  You will be able to begin your set up at 6:30 a.m. on October 4th and take down at 3:00 p.m. Your space must be open and operating from 9:00 a.m. until the Boutique closes at 3:00 p.m. No tearing down early! This is important to the booth customers and the aesthetics of the event. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you do leave early, your name will be removed from the EDHS Quarterback Holiday Boutique mailing lists and will not be asked to participate again. All Vendors should be packed up and ready to go no later than 5:30 p.m.

4.  If your space is located in the gym or patio area (space #’s in the 100’s and 200’s you may set up Friday evening only after the chalking and taping crew has finished, usually between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

The school has first use of the gym for their sports programs, because of this, if we are not done at 7:00 p.m. please wait patiently outside as you will not be allowed to enter the gym until we are finished setting up. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

5.  All spaces are 10 X 10. The inside gym spaces cost $85, the covered patio spaces

cost $75 and the outside spaces cost $65. If we are unable to accommodate your

space request, the difference of $10 - $20 will be refunded at the day of the boutique. Spaces are assigned on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. We will take into consideration returning vendors and matching them with their usual spaces.

A Limited number of spaces are available with electrical outlets. If you are renting a space with an electrical outlet you need to bring your own extension cords and/or power plug.

6. There will be a $10.00 processing fee on refunds. All entry fees are non-refundable after August 10, 2014. The event will not be cancelled due to the weather. Please make your check payable to the El Dorado Quarterback Club,

7.  Please note that after September 1st , your registration will require cash or money order. No personal checks after this date

8.  Checks and Money orders will be cashed immediately, however, an email will be sent to confirm receipt of payment and confirmation of acceptance to the event. Your space assignment and additional information will be mailed to you during the first week of September 2014..

9.  We reserve the right to REFUSE to accept ANYONE. We will notify you ASAP and return fees.

10.  Generators are not permitted. We will provide two chairs per space but NO TABLES. You will need to supply your own canopy, if desired (for outdoor spaces only). You will receive two free admissions for you and an assistant at check-in the day of the boutique.

11.  Please no smoking allowed on the school due to the El Dorado no smoking policy. All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space and surrounding area. Please remove all trash and other items from your area.

12.  The El Dorado Quarterback Club staff reserves the right to close any space that is not being conducted in conformance with the rules, or is not being managed properly.

13.  Please return your application along with a BUSINESS SIZE, SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE. We will use your SASE to send confirmation of your space number and other important information.

14.  ALL CRAFTERS MUST SIGN THE HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT INCLUDED IN THIS MAILING

15.  On Saturday, there will be football players available to assist you with your set-up and take down. This service is complimentary, but feel free to tip if you so desire. We assume no responsibility for damage, breakage or other loss.

We hope that this Boutique will prove to be one of our finest. Improvements have been made in order to accommodate some of the requests made during our last Boutique. We look forward to seeing you at the El Dorado Quarterback Club’s Annual Holiday Boutique.
