PTFA MEETING
Our next PTFA meeting will be held on Thursday 19th January 2017. It will be held in the school staffroom and will start at 7pm. We hope you will be able to join us and you can bring a friend as our meetings are not just for parents.
START AND END OF SCHOOL DAY
Thank you to everyone who is punctual for the start of the school day and we understand everyone can have the ocassional event that cases a late arrival, however there are some children who are regularly arriving after 9am. Please aim to be in school for 8.45am when the doors open. There are many reasons why a prompt start is essential. Firstly, your child does not miss any part of the school day and is fully ready to start their busy day; teachers can start the day on time with everyone and the organisation of the school day is easier also it allows Mrs Crockett and Mrs Albiston to start their day promptly too.

DINNER MONEY
School meals cost £2.25 per day. As Caroleann Albiston is the school meals cashier payments can be made at anytime and no longer Monday and Friday mornings. It will help us keep the school office functioning if payments can be put into sealed envelopes or money bags so they can be stared safely and dealt with when the school day allows time. Anyone requiring change will have the change sent home in a sealed and addressed envelope.
This also applies to swimming payments. If you wish to pay in advance any weeks not used will be returned to you at the end of term, otherwise a weekly payment is fine. We would prefer not to have to chase payments at the end of term and send out reminder letters.
