A small change to Worker Predictions allows those with security access to view predictions for any team they have access to. This is primarily to provide HR Specialists with access to worker predictions.

Slide 6 - Worker Predictions for HR Specialist
Slide notes
All users of Worker Predictions can now select any manager their security access permits them to. This means that line managers can select any manager in their organization and new to release 11, HR Specialists can select any manager they have access to.
If an individual contributor opens this page, then the 9-box will be empty and the Change Focus dialog will automatically open to force the user to select a manager.
If a manager opens this page, then it will display the predictions for that manager’s directs and their teams. The manager can also use the new dialog to view predictions for anyone in their organization.
The manager LOV in the new Change Focus dialog is secured.

Worker Predictions can now be initially rolled out to the HR department, allowing HR Specialists to monitor the predictions for the parts of the organization they are responsible for.
