Crew Application Form

Thank you for expressing your interest in being part of the backstage crew for the EGGS/AGS 2018 Production of ‘Ragtime’.

Places in the crew are limited so we expect a high level of commitment from members. You may not know the dates of summer/winter sport practices at the time of application, but please be aware that once the season is underway this production will take precedence over all practices, unless otherwise approved by the backstage managers. Employment and holidays must be clearly stated on the application sheet. If you are chosen for the crew and fail to meet your commitments, your place in this and subsequent shows could be jeopardised.

This form must be returned to Mr Knightly in S12at AGS or the Arts and Cultural Office at EGGS by 3:15pm on Monday 12thFebruary. Late applications will not be considered.

You must be available for the following dates:

Monday 9 MayHealth and Safety Meeting (after school)

Tuesday 10 MayTech Rehearsal (after school)

Wednesday 11 MayTech Rehearsal (after school)

Thursday 10 MayTech Rehearsal (full day)

Friday 11 MayDress Rehearsal (full day)

Saturday 12 MayPerformance 1, 5:30pm – 10:30pm

Sunday 13 MayPerformance 2, 3:30pm – 8:30pm

Tuesday 15 MayPerformance 3, 5:30pm – 10:30pm

Wednesday 16 MayPerformance 4, 5:30pm – 10:30pm

Thursday 17 MayPerformance 5, 5:30pm – 10:30pm

Friday 18 MayPerformance 6, 5:30pm – 10:30pm

Saturday 19 MayPerformances 7 and 8, 10am – 10:30pm

Sunday 20 MayPack out (full day)

Further attendance:

All roles will require attendance at rehearsals or workshops prior to the above dates. If you have a full extra-curricular timetable the production may not be suitable for you. Please see the crew rehearsal schedule on Grammarnet, the AGS/EGGS Facebook Page and the Epsom Girls Grammar website.
