New Contractor Set-Up
All companies registering as contractors must complete all sections of the form before access to apply for permits will be granted.
· You must complete all sections of this form.
· Invoicing details are required for proving you are a legitimate company and for Fire Training and infringement purposes.
· After submitting this form you will receive a login to the new permit system via the registered email of the account holder.
· Instructions will be supplied for accessing the new site.
· Once logged-in you will be able to complete inductions online for your contractor and apply for Authorisation to Work (ATWs) permits. Guidance will be available on the website and provided at registration.
· ATWs will then be sent electronically to the registered account holder who must ensure the contractor has a hard copy of this permit on site. Staff without a valid permit will be removed from site immediately.
