Edgemere residents toast the good life at WIne tasting

Dallas, texas, June 11, 2008: Edgemere residents recently enjoyed an exclusive wine tasting event in the community’s private dining room. Buon Vino Wine Concierge offered a variety of wines to pair with the residents’ five-course meal.

Alex Echaniz, president of Buon Vino, and Gerald Morgan, vice president of Buon Vino, presented wines such as a 2006 Chateau Saint Michelle Eroica Riesling, 2006 La Crema Chardonnay, 2006 Antinori Santa Christina Pinot Grigio, 2005 Francis Ford Coppola Directors Cut Cabernet, and Sandeman Ruby Porto.

“Many of our residents have been wine connoisseurs for years, so they were very enthusiastic about the tasting,” said John Falldine, managing director at Edgemere. “Mr. Echaniz and Mr. Morgan did an excellent job educating the residents about wine pairing and the winery process. We are very much looking forward to the next wine tasting event at Edgemere.”
