Join us for a focused review of the resources you will need to study for the NAMSS CPCS/CPMSM certification tests. We will review Roberts Rules of Order, EMTALA, thecredentialing standards for TJC, NCQA, HFAP, URAC, CMS, and AAAHC. We will also review important legal cases that have helped drive our industry and related legal terminology. Additional resources will include information regarding board certification, healthcare acronyms, medical terminology, and information regarding the NPDB-HIPDB. For those studying for the CPMSM certification test, we will also provide a review of information regarding medical services administration, risk management and information management. Participants will be provided with valuable study resources that will help them to be successful in achieving their CPCS and/or CPSMS certification.

Come prepared to participate in an intense, fast paced overview of the study resources defined in the NAMSS Candidate Handbook. As follow-up, you will be provided with an organized outline on how and what to study for your certification exams.

A minimum number of registrations must be received. If a minimum number are not received by the deadline, the course will be canceled and full refunds given.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing ().

  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 29, 2011 No refunds will be made for no-shows.
