1st STEP: Educational registration.

Online registration directly on the ED website:

FUTURE PHD STUDENT > Registration.

Click on "Create an account", select the thesis level and follow the steps.

Once your data has been entered, print the registration form, the Theses Charter and Individual Training Agreement (either in French or English). It is useless to print both versions.

These documents are to be signed by:

1 - Yourself

2 - Thesis Director

3 - Director of the host laboratory

Forward the documents to the secretariat of the Doctoral School on which you depend (see CONTACTS EDSVS on page 1) with proof of funding and a copy of the thesis entrance diploma to have the Director of the Doctoral School signed.

FOREIGN PhD STUDENT:

- Check your thesis entrance diploma: if this one is not ECTS credits, please contact the Doctoral School for a request for a Master's Exemption. Please note that you will not be able to register before your application has been examined by the University's Research Commission.

CODIRECTION OF THESIS:

- Please contact your doctoral school within the framework of a co-directorate.

JOINT PhD (COTUTELLE):

- This must be set during the 1st year of thesis registration. Contact the International Relations Department:

Your registration to the EDSVS also offers you the possibility of being listed in the School Directory, which will allow you to have a number of advantages if you wish:

2nd STEP: Administrative registration

Contact the UFR tuition department in order to proceed with the administrative registration, complete with all supporting documents and pay the tuition fees.
