Choice Loyalty. Dave Vries and Mike Jelen presented the Choice Loyalty fundraising option. The program entails handing out cards to members. When they present the card to a participating vendor, a certain percentage is given to the Eastview Lacrosse program and another percentage goes back on the member’s debit card. That percentage can be used at a future date. Eastview Lacrosse would be the first Eastview program to participate so we would be the default for the vendors in our area if someone did not register the card online. The committee agreed to participate. Cards will be handed out at the April 4th parent meetings with a quick summary of the program. A list of potential vendors was sent to Choice Loyalty.

Savvi Formal Wear. Kelly Wunderlich presented a coupon program. The coupon is worth $40. For every coupon redeemed, Eastview Lacrosse would receive $5.

Numbers. 84 members have ordered sweats. That is the estimated number that will be participating in the Eastview Lacrosse program. 71 have paid booster club fees. The budget will be adjusted based on the final number of families that pay the booster club fee.

Booster club refund for players that leave the lacrosse program. The committee agreed that the player has purchased the sweats for $80. We can refund the remainder of the booster club fee based on the percent of the season that the player participated.
