· Oversaw the day-to-day operation of the Say Yes to Education (SYTE) program, a major citywide school reform and social service program.
· Supervise the program coordinator, SCSD after school teaching staff, recruit, interview, hire and supervision of college student volunteers and work-study students.
· Provide outreach to families by collaborating with the school social workers and various committees on site.
· Developed DAP curriculum in collaboration with the program coordinator, the Student Leadership Team and reading specialists for summer enrichment program and teacher training.
· Organized community collaborations with the public and private sector, to provide a forum for students to showcase their work and participate in their programming.
