Camp Terms and Conditions

  1. Changes of Information

I will inform LSTC if any of the information given on this form changes before the event takes place.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel your day at Tennis Camp. Any cancellation within this time will result in no refund being given. Any cancellations due to illness on the day must be authorised by the Community Manager.

  1. Late pick up from Standard Day

We will give a grace period of 15mins in case of a late pick up. Anything outside of this time will result in the full amount of Late Stay being paid.

  1. Late pick up from Late Stay

We will give a grace period of 15mins in case of a late pick up. Anything outside of this will result in a fee of £4 for each child every 15 minutes after the 6.15pm grace period.

  1. Appropriate sportswear

If a child does not turn up in appropriate sportswear, the lead coach has the right to stop the child from taking part in activities that may cause harm to themselves, others or the facility.

  1. Misplacement or theft of belongs

LSTC is not liable for any misplacement or theft of belongings whilst within or outside the facility.

  1. Emergency procedures

In case of emergency LSTC reserve the rights to perform any necessary First Aid. LSTC is not liable for any injures incurred due to First Aid being administered.

  1. Refusal of booking

LSTC reserves the right to refuse children from booking onto camps and to send children home during the day due to misbehaviour. No refund will be given.

  1. Emergency Medical

If it becomes Necessary for my child to receive medical treatment and I cannot be contacted by telephone or by any other means to authorise this, I hereby give my general consent to any necessary medical treatment and authorise LSTC to sign any document required by the hospital authorities.

  1. Photography / Video
