After- School Club

We run a popular, successful, safe and secure After-School Club from 3.15 – 6.00 pm. Monday to Friday. The children are offered a varied programme of activities including arts and crafts, board games, sports and DVDs.

Adults who run the club have all been CRB checked and there is a First Aider on duty at all times.

In order to ensure that the club remains financially viable, we have to make the administration as simple and cost effective as possible.

The children are offered a drink and a healthy snack at the club. It is important that we have details of any allergies your child might have and we ask you to provide this at the time of booking.

Foundation Stage children will not be able to stay at the After-School Club until after Christmas and even then this will need to be in consultation with the school staff to ensure that your children are ready for an extended day.

Terms and Conditions for The Sacred Heart School After-School Club

Booking forms must be completed for all children, so that after-school clubstaff has access to all your child’s details.

Bookings made on the day will incur anemergency fee of £10.

To confirm a place you must enclose the cash sum (correct money only – no change can be given) or cheque (payable to Sacred Heart School) and a completed booking form in a sealed envelope, marked Sacred Heart After-School Club, along with your child’s name and class. This envelope should be handed into reception.

Please help us to keep costs down by making all payments in advance. We will only accept payment on the day for emergency bookings. We require 7 days advance notice to cancel a session. We will then add a credit (less a £2 admin charge) to your account. Refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances.

Please note: Same day bookings will incur a charge of £10.50 per session.

If you are late in collecting your child at the end of the session ie after 6pm

a penalty charge will be incurred:£10 for 15mins and £20 after this time.
