Timing: 4 – 6 weeks before launch date. Sooner tends to cause problems with office engagement.
Tonja: call and set up early onboarding sessions ASAP – Tonja first call
Lisa: send lifestyle brochure information to copy writing, materials for website to web department, logo information to marketing department
Early: Broker(s)/Owner(s) w/ onboarding manager
1. Tonja: Set up RealTime account and enter agents into RealTime (including pictures and bios) - Call #1
a. Talk about need for pictures (15) for lifestyle brochure (if needed, show them shutterstock.com)
2. Tonja: Confirm that Amy Hoffman has required materials for building office website
3. Tonja: Train on entering listings (include specialty website criteria) – Call #2
a. Office to enter all listings (10 listing minimum prior to website going live – Use B listings if necessary)
4. Tonja: Let Carmen/Lisa know to schedule affiliate onboarding call
5. Tonja: Continue listing entry work with office (multipic or Picasa) - Call #3
6. Lisa: onboarding call with intranet overview. Cover normal topics with extra emphasis on:
a. Lisa: obtain pictures for lifestyle brochure from office (if not already sent in)
i. How to order Business Cards/Letterhead (office store and xpress docs)
ii. How to order Catalogues and signs
7. Tonja: Set up Peak accounts and confirm signs, catalogues, letterhead and business cards are ordered. - Call #4
8. Tonja: Set up agent websites and tie to office website - Call #5
9. Tonja: Tech Overview - Call #6
10. Tonja: Review office website - Call #7
Steps 8, 9, 10 should fall right around official launch date.
