Eagle District Day Camp

Eagle District Day Camp will be June 13th – 17th at the Jack Graves Scout Reservation (Camp Russell) in Broken Arrow. The schedule for the day will be from 8:15AM to 3:30PM each day.

Registration is $50 and includes a T-shirt for the Cub and Adult Participant.

A “Tot Lot” will be offered for potty trained youth of walking leaders and staff for $5.00 per day. Fees are paid on-site each day in cash.

Dens/Packs/Individuals will be responsible for their own Lunch at day camp. Please bring coolers. Ice may or may not be available at the trading post. This will be determined by June 12th at the training. Please be prepared to get ice on your way in to camp each day at a local gas station.

A Trading Post will be available and will sell items such as: bottled water, soda, chips, flavored drinks, candy, etc. Please do not bring large bills as change will be limited.

All participants should bring a personal water container and closed toe shoes.

Walking Leader Training and Pack/Den camp set up will be Sunday, June 12th 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM. If you bring a canopy please secure it properly to the ground. Our meeting will be before the setup. Areas will most likely be assigned.

Each Pack is responsible for providing one walking leader for every 5 youth each day.

Also attached is the health form that is required for all youth, adult participants, unit leaders, and staff attending day camp. This form can be completed, saved electronically and emailed to me for your file. You may also bring it with you to the walking leader training (Sunday June 12th) or the first day of camp. I would strongly suggest getting your information in before the first day of camp so that you do not miss any activities.

All adults participants and staff are required to have proof of current Youth Protection Training. If you need to take it please go to and take the training. You may email me proof or bring it with you to the meetings mentioned above. If you have already taken it but do not have your card anymore please go to and secure your proof again. Youth Protection Training is valid for two years from the date taken. A YPT training may be offered at the walking leader training on June 12th (TBD).
