  • Your club will act in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the ICC, as outlined in the ICC Guidelines
  • Your club will act in accordance with the Guidelines for the Management of Associated Students Funds at CCSF.

Remember!The E-Packet is only part of the recognition process; make sure you complete the other steps to become a recognized club. Please refer to the checklist below. E-Packet must be turned in via E-mail and typed! No other submissions will be accepted.

□ / E-Packet Submitted AND approved: When submitting your E-packet, write “(your club name)” and E-Packet in the subject line. You will be notified upon approval.
□ / Submitted Hard Copy Club Packets: Club packets can be found on the ICC bulletin board in the Student Union, SU 207 and SU 213, the office of the ICC. Return completed club packets to SU 207
□ / Completed ALL Club Trainings: The club president, club treasurer and ICC representative must attend an ICC training/orientation. Previously trained officers are exempt through completion of the online PowerPoint; Email VP of ICC upon completion as stated at the end of PowerPoint. Club Advisor also must complete online PowerPoint orientation and contact the Dean of Student Activities and the VP of ICC to confirm completion.
□ / Become Recognized by the Associated Student Council: After completing all of the above steps, a club representative must attend an ASC meeting and speak briefly on behalf of your club. The ASC will then motion to officially approve recognition. ASC meetings are held on Wednesdays at 2:30pm in SU 208
